After Checkout is completed with Paypal Sandbox the orders are pending

I also went to admin>reports>dblog but there aren't messages who tell me that the IPN doesn't work proprerly..I'm testing my site on localhost..please help..

Yes I'm using 7.x-3.1..I've upgraded the version..so I'm gonna try to use sandbox on a web host..I'm sorry but the documentation on the web is very confused because people says different things about how to use paypal sandbox..also on ubercart.org..and they says that it's possible to use it on localhost..so I was thinking that it was an ubercart's bug..However in version 7.x-3.0 the orders were always in checkout and when I finished to pay on paypal sandbox I was redirected to the cart page..with this new version I'm redirected to order's completion page and the orders are pending..also if there are lots of errors messages due to the widgets module (It's a known issue but nobody fixed it)..So..I let you know if everithing it's ok on the web host..thank you in advance..

And with "all worked in Paypal Sandbox" I meant that the payment is received on Paypal if I check the seller and the buyer profiles and emails..but it sounds like Paypal don't tell ubercat that everithing it's ok..and so the balance is not set to 0.0 and the orders are pending..I'm sorry if I don't express my self properly..but english is not my mother language :)

So I've tested it on my Web Host (altervista) that doesn't support SSL...and I read in a forum to force the https in http changing the variable $host before the line $response = drupal_http_request etc in paypal.pages.inc but the result remains the same..here's what is in the drupal's log:

what am I suppose to do?

so now I'm on a web server and I have ssl enabled..all my pages are under https...my site is not protected with a password..I'm not in maintenance mode...all on my web site is fine..but:
The orders are still in pending..and in the db the table uc_payment_paypal_ipn is empty...so I think it's not a support request..it's a bug report..

I see the receiving ipn message in the logs.

It seems like there's something wrong in paypal.pages.inc

Wonderfull...thought I was the only one :) now I feel a little bit less lonely XD

Could someone help here? I'm not able to find a solution to my problem..I'm only receiving in my logs the message that I've posted..it seems like that the if and else that checks if the response is valid or not isn't execute because I've no other watchdog messages in my logs..and my table uc_payment_paypal_ipn is empty...maybe it's a problem with the sandbox and on the live site it's all ok?

Thank you, but this isn't my problem...I have also try the payment on paypal live site but it doesn't work..I don't know what I've to do..

finally ubercart is not working with paypal sandbox..on the live site it works but please don't leave in blank the ipn's url!!!!!!
