First saw this ~Apr 29, since then I've seen it three times installing Barracuda version BOA-2.0.2 on Debian Lenny VM, so I thought to feedback:
Most recently:
Barracuda [Sat May 5 16:31:30 BST 2012] ==> INFO: Installing SQL Buddy MariaDB Manager, please wait... [sqlbuddy_1_3_3.zip]
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of sqlbuddy_1_3_3.zip or
sqlbuddy_1_3_3.zip.zip, and cannot find sqlbuddy_1_3_3.zip.ZIP, period.
chown: cannot access `/var/www/sqlbuddy': No such file or directory
Then also
Barracuda [Sat May 5 16:33:44 BST 2012] ==> ...waiting now 15 sec before running interactive mysql_secure_installation...
/usr/bin/mysql_secure_installation: 371: find_mysql_client: not found
Finally
Remove test database and access to it? [Y/n]
- Dropping test database...
ERROR 1008 (HY000) at line 1: Can't drop database 'test'; database doesn't exist
... Failed! Not critical, keep moving...
Seems to work OK apart from that, nginx, mysql restart OK. Just aint responding on the host only interface Im working to get going, but that's a user issue.
Thanks again for Barracuda!

omega8cc commentedPlease don't use BOA older than 2.0.3 (head) on old system like Lenny. It is deprecated (but still supported properly in 2.0.3 only)
Debian folks have moved all Lenny repos to archives so it is no longer supported in BOA-2.0.2 and earlier versions.
Plus, we are using our mirror for almost all third party libs/tools, to no longer suffer from upstream issues, like this one with sqlbuddy.
mysty commentedAmazingly fast response.
My bad, I am using Aegir v.BOA-2.0.2 with Nginx on Debian/squeeze
Your own mirrors sounds like a great idea :)
mysty commented4th time running on Squeeze and repeated the above warnings, just FYI - I had mis-stated the OS, so I've opened this to active again.
omega8cc commentedThis has been fixed in HEAD a long time ago and we use our own mirror for sqlbuddy download now.
