I know all about the folders and files i need to create and I've done it, but I don't know what should I put inside the .inc file. There is no docs out there and this is not usable without docs.

The hooks required to create custom skins are explained in fusion_apply/fusion_apply.api.php and the more user-friendly documentation is also available at http://fusiondrupalthemes.com/support/theme-developers/using-skins under "Creating Fusion Apply Styles"
