Notice: Undefined index: scope in drupal_get_js() [#1565998]

I get the following error when looking at the user/%uid/imce page. This started happening right after adding IMCE to the site. There are no other pages/sections where I get this error.

Notice: Undefined index: scope in drupal_get_js() (line 4146 of /atdev/httpd/pocketcloud/www/includes/common.inc)

I've been looking around and am not able to find this error popping up too often and when it does there is no explanation as to why.

Any ideas would be great, Thanks!

I've got the same problem, I know this issue is pretty old, but this just happens with IMCE, I'm posting a list with the modules I've got on my site, hope It helps reproducing the error and fixing it.
