Hi,

By default it's install MariaDB and php-fpm 5.2. How I can choose Percona and php 5.3? With barracuda.sh.txt it was easy (just edit the file).

Because by default the scrip doesn't ask anything about this.
boa in-stable public server.mysite.com myemail@mail.com o1 (or boa in-stable public server.mysite.com myemail@mail.com o1 ask).

And it doesn't ask me about hostname, and hostname with auto-installer is wrong.

To customize installation further you need to run Barracuda and Octopus installers directly, as explained in the docs: http://drupalcode.org/project/barracuda.git/blob/HEAD:/docs/INSTALL.txt#...

Note: you are entering hostname on command line, as explained in the docs: http://drupalcode.org/project/barracuda.git/blob/HEAD:/docs/INSTALL.txt#l37

Note also that this new installer doesn't work for stable installs yet - it will after BOA-2.0.3 release, so you need to use head or Barracuda and Octopus directly to install old stable.
