hello folks - good day dear drupalers,
I think that i am a early adopter - i do not want to wait for the next year - i want to have all the great things now!
i want to make running version 8

what make me wondering was that i have gotten a core with all imprtant things in it - but without the folder

profiles
well this was somewhat funny and curious - so i decided to re-engineer it and finally i got the following:
but - t his does not work too.
Does any body have a working version 8.x Can you put it somewhere on Github or some place were i can download it or
can you send it to me!?

I never tried to install it,
I never tried to install it, but it is a good idea to test it as that is one way you can can contribute to the issue queues. Though using it on live a site is a bad idea as updates may not work, you may have to do a fresh install each time there are updates!
Did you make a new database, and a settings.php manually just as you would with a fresh Drupal 7 install (unless using a script installer or drush make)?

many thanks for the reply - great to hear from you! Well - i have no glue - believe it or not - i cannot see the install-screen - all is plain white.
i have no glue what is wrong here - can you have a look at this issue - well which package shhould i take.
guess that this went wrrong - i need to have the right package.

How to install Drupal 8.
I have successfully installed D8 at my online shared webhosting account.
It installs in the same manner as D6, and D7.
Do not be alarmed/ put-off if you get a '500 Error' page
upon your first visit to your site.
Just refresh that page, and hopefully you, like me,
will be merrily on your way.
