Unused arguments passed to oauth_common_page_user_authorizations via menu callback.

Inside oauth_common_providerui_menu() is the following menu item (and it's child as well.)

Both of which call oauth_common_page_user_authorizations() and pass in two arguments, however the function only takes a single argument.

Doesn't cause any problems but would be nice to clean up at some point.
