Remove usage of old field_bundle_settings variable

As of Drupal 7.14, the field_bundle_settings was split into per-bundle variables.

ds_extras_vd_bundle_remove_submit() was loading the monolithic variable, unsetting relevant parts, and resaving it when deleting a bundle. This isn't necessary, as each individual variable can be deleted.
