When adding an endpoint for the first time and choosing "Session authentication" as the authenticator, I'm prompted for the username and password to use to authenticate to the endpoint.

However, once saved, I cannot update those details. If I now want to change the username or password, I've got to add a whole new endpoint.

On top of the efit page you can switch to the screen where you can edit the username and password.

/admin/structure/deploy/endpoints/list/xxxx/edit/authenticator to be exact...

There ist no link in the UI in Deploy 7.x-3.0-alpha1. The link to edit the credentials is accessible though.

Correction. The links are there. They are just hard to recognize. I worked with this 2 month before I saw them.
