Issue Summary
RIght now there is no way for people submitting issues to even know who maintains a module. I know that this information is usually in the README, but I think it would be nice if there were a link to the user page of module maintainers from the module pages of the project module (project/[module]). With the contact form in place here at Drupal.org, maintainers could decide whether they are willing to receive direct mail from people who have something to say about their module.

I'm not sure this is really a problem any more. The module's author is visible on the project node page, and there's the developers link off of the main project page. Plus, module maintainers can add links to their contact forms from within the body of the project node itself.
If I'm missing something here please let me know and reopen this.
