Donation or Investment Feature for NGO companies

First of all many thanks for this great module. We are starting an online investment for NGO’s in our community that are looking for investor and funding. The idea is very simple and this is how it will work,

1- NGO will send their project to us then we will post it on our site for funding and investor.
2- We will then promote the project on our website.
3- If a user find the project interesting he can then invest in the project by entering the amount he want to invest.
We would like to use your Commerce Fund module for that purpose. Like your balance block. It would be greater if you can add an Investment Block too. It will somehow be the same as transfer but a bit different because over here user are transferring money to project and not a user.

Investment block feature
• A field where users can input the amount he wants to invest
• The total Amount needed for the project.
• The total amount invested in amount and percentage
• Nice investment meter for
• Investment button

User
• User can invest any amount he wants in the project.
• The amount will be taken from his Account Funds Balance.
• User can see the transaction in his transaction history.

Admin feature
• Create an investment block for each project.
• Set the total amount needed for each project
• View Investment history of each project (total amount each user invested and its percentage on the total value of the particular project.)
