At the bottom of my user profile page, it says:

Mail Handler
M
m

The item_theme doesn't look like it is properly handling the form. I am not overriding that theme.

Got the same issue. Mine's worse cuz it's at the top of my profile field!

I commented out that function because it didn't really work correctly anyway.
