First of all, this post should be placed in Drupal showcase.

About your site:
- generally, not good, not bad
- personally, I don't like flash headers, and (IMHO) yous is even annoying
- you could include thickbox (http://drupal.org/project/thickbox) in your galleries (and maybe for login)

Hi, Thanks for your suggestions and comments.
I will improve it but would like to keep the flash as header and also try the Thickbox.

yes, the header is taking too much time to load... i would prefer to have a static image instead.
