This book will give you a solid start on how to use Drupal, but it only covers a small fraction of everything there is to know. Here are some places with more Drupal knowledge:

  • drupal.org (here!): This is the main website for Drupal, and a hub for everything related to Drupal. The site contains global forums, project pages for modules and themes, and powerful search functionality that will help you to find just about anything Drupal.
  • The Drupal Documentation: This is the official Drupal documentation, with loads of guides and how-tos for everyone – from absolute newbies to experienced developers.
  • groups.drupal.org: This is a place where like-minded Drupalists get together to discuss Drupal. It is likely that you will find a Drupal group for your country or city, as well as a group for your particular interest.
  • Internet Relay Chat (IRC): Drupal has many channels for chatting, often with several hundred users present. Live chatting with people is an excellent way of getting help in an emergency, as well as getting to know people in the Drupal community. This page contains more information about IRC, its Drupal-related channels, and how to access them.
  • Planet Drupal: This page contains an aggregated river of news about Drupal, collected from all over the Drupal world.
