in 4.5.2, to be specific. The link does not appear on any of the content type form screens which I have check in the img_assist settings.

Never mind - I read, comprehended, and promptly ignored the words "Hide 'inline image link' for the following node types". Naturally, I clicked all the little boxes where I'd like to see img_assist. Works great now, thanks for this module.
