Hi everyone,

when i try to add a code field, i get a page without any theme applied, totally empty except the different breadcrumbs...
When i do it from the manage field display page of my content type, i get an ajax error...

Anyone facing the same thing ?

How to solve it ?

I need more steps trying to reproduce and any error messages you get from the error log (apache, but preferably PHP error log)

I have seen the same thing on a local copy of a website. All the other add field forms work correctly. The live version of the same website doesn't have the problem.

The way I made the local version was copying the files from the web host to an XAMPP (1.7.3) server and importing the database using phpMyAdmin. I've tried debuging the local copy that has this issue but not yet found what's happening.

Still can't reproduce, no other errors reported so far either.
