I've been trying to use the voting option that lets people order their rankings. The blocks are all marked with the class "draggable" but they won't drag. Do I need some javascript library?

I've pushed up some changes to the module today that included addressing the errant table issue. Look for a build date stamped 6/15/2012 as it often takes 12-24 hours for an updated module to be rebuilt and made available.
