Hi,

Thanks for this great module.

Is it possible to get a notification for when someone creates a ticket for someone else when both of them are not me?
So basically, always notify me whenever a ticket is created?
I've been going through my settings, but can't seem to find a solution.

This has not been implemented; marking as a feature request.

The best you can currently do is configure each client to auto-subscribe you.
