With current cvs the link in the input format help to the Markdown Syntax documentation page isn't found.

In other words the url "mysite.com/filter/tips" isn't found on the server.

The tips link is working in my CVS environment with clean URLs both on and off, so if you can provide a URL of your site where it's not working I'll be happy to take a look.
