I'm trying to install BOA on Debian 6 on Virtualbox.....
Barracuda installed successfully (/etc/hosts need modification for access).....
Octopus dsnt want to install (made no modifications to the install script)....... here is the error......

I am getting the same error message insalling Debian guest on windows 7 host in VirtualBox

and the same error on VMWare using Precise as guest

I have added the host file 12.7.0.1.1 but I guess its more needed i.e. static IP

anyway, I managed to install BOA 2.04 dev and the upgrade to stable so that works for me
