Can't add features

Description
I have installed the features module but there is no way to add any features to it. The features section in the administrators menu shows the column titles for a list but that's all. This is a brand new install of 4.5.2, the server OS is linux and I am viewing it in IE6.
This bug may have already been raised, but if it has the fox is not available from the feature download link (last updated a few months ago). If it has been how can I get the fix?

I'm having the exact same problem, there is no way to add any features.
