Admin can set a message to the user when the are logged out. But the default message also appears. Is there a reason for that?

EDIT

The issue has not been fixed, looking into it now. Will post a patch when I have a fix.

dandrews, when marking a post duplicate you should provide a link to the original issue that this issue duplicates

Got that fixed, till now it would check to see if a message was set and add that to the end of the default message. Now it checks if a message is set, if it is it displays that and only that message. If not set it displays the default message.

jrglasgow, I did. However I misread the issue and it was not a duplicate. When I noticed my mistake I edited my post, removed the link and added that I would start work on the issue.

Closing old issue. This has been added to 4.x and appears to be working.
