I use Drupal 5.1 with Taxonomy Access Control 5.x-1.1, Views 5.x-1.6-beta5 and Views UI 5.x-1.6-beta5 installed.
When I log out, I get this Fatal error: Call to undefined function: arg() in http://www.ghaus.de/drupal/modules/og/og.module on line 208

If I am logged out by Safari and logged in by Firefox, I can change just something in the admin-controll and am able to see something for about 1 minute in Safari and then the error-page appears again.

Found the problem!
I cleared the views-cache and now it works!
