With the changes that happened to the ICO guidance just before the law came into effect. It would be great to have the ability to select which consent model you want to use (Explicit or Implicit).
Great Module Though!

pwhiteside commentedI second this as most of my sites visitors will probably not even read the notice.

JDiprose commentedAnd I third it. Something like treating the action of logging in as giving consent would be great.
Otherwise, as OP, great module.

pwhiteside commentedHi,
Just wanted to let others know. A new version of cookie control (version 5) has an option for implied consent, details can be found here.
https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!topic/cookiecontrol/i4pkFEg...
Hopefully the maintainers will update cookie control (Drupal module) so that implied consent is an option.
Best wishes, Phil

nickbits commentedHi,
Have just seen this issue. Upgrading the Cookie Control JS to Version 5 brings this feature to the module, with some additions. I have submitted a patch that you may want to look at which does just what you want. Please see issue 1645562.
Regards,
Nick
