Hello,

I am using captcha module to add a captcha and avoid spam, but it seems not to work with forward module, so is there any other way to add a captcha to this forward module?

Turns out this is already possible. Download and install the 5.x-3 release of Captcha. Then, go to administer->users->captcha and check the box at the top to add captcha administration links to forms. Now, go to a forward form (any) and click the link that now appears below the submit button. That will take you back to the captcha settings page with that form added to the list and highlighted so you can choose a captcha type. Now all logged-out users will see the catcha.
