#1
BBcode updated, tested on D6.
#2
The author also has a copy of BBCode buttons on his website, though not with as many buttons as you provide:

ufku, is there any chance of including BBCode buttons in the "proper" module?
#3
Would be good having FamFamFam stuff
#4
The FamFamFam icons are CreativeCommons licensed and are therefor not allowed in the Drupal CVS repository (which is GPL only).
#5
I'll think about including a predefined BBCode editor in BUE.
#6
This is in. One can import the bbcode editor at admin/settings/bueditor/import
The button set is the same as the default editors'.

On http://ufku.com/drupal/bueditor/contributions/bbcode it says:
Update: BUEditor 6.x-2.x or later versions come with a predefined BBCode editor. Use that one instead of the editor below.
Unfortunately, I could not find any predefined bbcode editor in 6.x-2.x and 6.x-2.x-dev.

The predefined editors are added on a clean install. If you just upgraded to 2.x you can manually import BBCode editor at admin/settings/bueditor/import. Read the description of the textarea in that page.
