Panels Everywhere Site Template WSOD

I am running Drupal 7 with the latest releases of Panels and Panels Everywhere. When I configure Panels Everywhere site template to the Precision site template, which is what the ReadMe instructs, then I get a WSOD for my Panels configuration admin page. I can see the links but clicking does nothing. If I revert all the changes in Panels Everywhere, the WSOD goes away and everything is OK again.

Please advise. Thanks.

Ask in the Precision issue queue, this theme is not used much by regular users but well maintained I believe by the project owner, he will know the answer I would think.
