breadcrumb disappears in a few cases

Hi,

I have the following problem: On a two-language site (English and German), the breadcrumb doesn't show on all the English pages (but some), while it is showing on all German pages. Example: go to http://kaite.biz/de/contact (German, breadcrumb is there), then to http://kaite.biz/en/contact (English, breadcrumb gone). It's the same with e.g. http://kaite.biz/en/our_products and http://kaite.biz/de/node/30
However, in this case http://kaite.biz/en/our_partners (English) and http://kaite.biz/de/node/31 (German) everything is fine.

I played a bit around, and I can't reproduce the behavior consistently - sometimes the breadcrumb is there in both languages, sometimes only for the German version. Any idea what is going on/how to get the breadcrumb always?
