Some demo content and apps not installing correctly.

For some reason while installing OA apps the Event and News app and demo content would not install. These are the error I got while install OA apps.

There was an error installing openacademy_events app.
There was an error installing openacademy_news app.
There was an error installing openacademy_events_democontent app.
There was an error installing openacademy_news_democontent app.

I also noticed that there is a slider with some demo content. I didn't notice that before when I installed OA on pantheon. The OA on pantheon still has the slider but no content after installing.
