Full HTML book nodes that need to be converted / are only editable by site maintainers+

With the recent change in input formats, documentation maintainers can no longer use the Full HTML filter. There's a very permissive filter 'Documentation' instead.

Do not hesitate to report problems.

A number of book nodes are still Full HTML and can only be edited by site maintainers+, if possible these nodes should use the new documentation filter.
