Before we make a stable release, we need to update to an official release of jQuery UI. If 1.9 stable is not quite out, then we must build it ourselves and update the files.

Fixed in #1175830: Update to jQuery UI 1.10.2. We're now on jQuery UI 1.10.2.

I'm reopening this with slightly changed scope.
While the update to 1.10 has been done already in other issues, we might want to roll out D8 with version 1.11 or at least the latest bugfix release of the 1.10 branch.
Keeping it postponed, though. We'll revisit before release.
