This is odd -- I have created a CCK type with a title, a couple of custom text fields, and a body. However, when I insert the footnote markup into one of these fields, it produces a separate (and separately numbered) footnotes list at the bottom of that field, not at the bottom of the node body. Is there any way to get around this?

Again, this too has gone unnoticed as this is the first time today that I see this issue.
