I have a multi-language site set along the site.com/langcode/ pattern. On a fresh PB install, with no definitions set, with "Prepend home link..." set to defith langcode doubled, ie. pointing to site.com/langcode/langcode

This of course also applies to breadcrumbs displayed in the admin UI, such as: Home > Structure > Path breadcrumbs
