every user has at least one album to upload his images. but when a user adds a new album he can choose also the other user albums as root album. he should only use his own album (userxyx acidfree album) as root album and not "admin acidfree album or the "acidfree album" as root album.

the "xy acidfree album" should also not been displayed only the subalbum from the user (if he like it).

I do not believe this problem description is correct; in current versions of acidfree users only see albums they are allowed to upload to.
