I've added a help text via field settings for an simple date field and try to translate it via the field translation interface. But allways the default english language would be shown. Translation of the label of this field works.

Cache cleared, Apache & Memcached servies restarted.

Other fields with a help text works properly.

Core: 7.14
date: 7.x-2.5
i18n: 7.x-1.5
