No hook_uninstall implementation, settings remain after module removed [#1672704]

There is currently no hook_uninstall() implementation so all settings will stick around after the module is removed.

This patch removes the known variables, plus two that may remain after a D6 upgrade (see #1672630: Build D6->D7 upgrade path).
