View to display bliblio (publications) of an author on his page automatically

In my OA installation, i'm using Biblio in place of the default Publication. So on each Person's page, i will like to have a view that automatically display all biblio's that the current person is an author of. With the default Publication, you had to manually add the publication to the Person's page.
Please can someone show me how to achieve this. i.e having a view that shows all biblio that a person is an author of on the person's page like this site http://gsd.uwaterloo.ca/kczarnec (please kindly scroll down on the page to the publications section)

Secondly i will like to be sent a person's page if an author is clicked in a bliblio e.g http://gsd.uwaterloo.ca/publications (clicking on an author will send you to the author's page).
