I have a Table View of book reviews. Each book has a Genre (taxonomy) that has several layers of hiararchy:

Fiction
-Classic
-Mystery
-Spy
--James Bond
Non-Fiction
-Historical
--Civil War

When I click on Fiction and hit submit, I expect all books with a Fiction-related genre to show up (such as Classic, Spy, Mystery, James Bond, etc.).

Is this what the module is supposed to allow?

For some reason, it is not working for me. I have even tried checking the "Alter Links Only" checkbox, but of course that had no effect.

Any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you.

Did you ever figure out how to get Views Exposed Filters to do this? I'm looking for the exact same thing, and logically thought of Taxonomy Force All...

I know this is for drupal 5.x and it's a very old issue but just for reference, next link explains how to do it with views, and of course, you could add any kind of exposed filter.
