My URL is http://www.aymnetwork.com
I've read that Drupal is supposed to be very fast, but it takes forever for me to navigate from page to page or node to node. I know it's not an image issue because my images are compressed, and it my site is still slow to retrieve and render my pages when I am on nodes that are almost entirely text based (such as when I am creating content or navigating around the administration menus)
Is there any way I can figure out what is slowing down my site so much? I don't know if it is a particular module or a problem with my mysql database, but it would be nice to see if there was a way to track what is taking up all the time and speed.
Any suggestions?

yes
yes your site is very slow. I am sorry, but I don't know what causes this.
For my site Drupal is extremely fast.
Perhaps it's your webhost. You could test the company that hosts my site, they are very good.

Some ideas
The host may be a major factor in this. Can you get the spec of the server it is on? Any info available via your CPanel etc?
Some ideas:
* Is your Drupal cache turned on?
* Is there a php.ini memory limit set and have you tried overriding or overloading with your .htaccess?
* Is your host using a php accellerator like mmturck?
* Are your mysql and apache located on the same machine or different ones, and if different is there some problem w/ the network between?
* Is a module the culprit? I've read some issues w/ performance regarding the weather module and with editors like fckeditor or htmlarea editor.
* Can you take a look at your host's error logs? Any hints?
