Youtube clips running in Firefox but NOT in IE

Hello! this is my drupal site: http://paginile.net
As you can see, youtube clips don't show in IE, only in Firefox. Clips from other video sharing sites work just fine both in IE and FF.
I tried a few modules.. but none are working...
Can anyone please offer some assistance?
