Issue Summary

I disabled and uninstalled internationalization.

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function init_display() on a non-object in views/plugins/views_plugin_localization.inc on line 139

When I try to save a view now, I get a wsod and the above error in my /var/log/apache2/error.log
