Mandriva 2007 Free Linux.
Drupal 5.2 with JQuery 1.6.
I have drupal setted in subfolder of apache's root: http://localhost/drupal/
Module does not work at all with jQuery 1.6:
Error: r has no properties
Source: http://localhost/drupal/misc/jquery.js
Line: 2
I have replaced with JQuery 1.1.2...
When JavaScript is enable:
FireFox give an "Communication Error"
Opera and Konqerior just do nothing.
When JavaScript is disable:
I have a form with button which redirects to
http://localhost/simple_karma/handle?karma_vote=17&oid=4&otype=n&form_type=form
should be:
http://localhost/DRUPAL/simple_karma/handle?karma_vote=17&oid=4&otype=n&form_type=form
Any votes is not saved.
Help. I want to use this module and spend a day to test for this bug.
Thanks. Vlad

mercmobily commentedHi,
Please accept my apologies for answering so late...
I think you've finally found a problem that's been bugging us for a while!
Jake: do you think the "drupal not in the root" issue can be the root of all the other problems? Did we make a mistake when we call the javascript? (The javascript should be able to know of Drupal is NOT in the root!)
Vlad: please be patient...
Bye,
Merc.

vladsavitsky commentedI must decide - use or not this module.
But I can't even test it! I have read a documantation and more but "it's better to see one time than 100 time to hear".
Can You tell me what to do? Wait more?

mercmobily commentedHi,
I am waiting for jake to find out what the problem is.
In the meantime, I suggest you test it on a Drupal installation that works on the server's root directory!

mercmobily commentedHi,
Fantastic!
I am just about to release a new version. THis new version will work _perfectly_ well with or without Javascript. I am just waiting for the CSS for the non-js forms...
Please stay tuned. The next version is what I consider the "real one"...
Bye,
Merc.
