I have a page with 4 fields.

Field 1 is a list and Fields 2 and 3 are visible depending on the value of Field 1.

Field 4 is at the bottom of the page and is dependent on the value of Field 3.

When editing the page, the Save / Preview buttons are not visible unless Field 4 is visible.

There appears to be a DIV around Field 4 that includes the Save & Preview buttons, meaning that when Field 4 is hidden with an inline style, so are the buttons.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a fix or workaround available?

Yes, it did look like an unclosed

, though I'm not using this module now as I was mindful of the development status.

I may revisit this on another project I have in the pipeline as, apart from the missing buttons (which I'd expect to be fixable) it seemed to work well.

This is a theming issue not related to this project. Apart from that:

Thanks for the report and all the efforts in here. But due to inactivity in this issue for some years and because of the upcoming EOL of Drupal 7, I will close this issue on the way by cleaning up the issue queue.

Feel free to re-open as "Needs review" if you found a solution or have a patch to be reported to help others on this outdated version.

If you think this issue or missing feature should be addressed in a newer Drupal core 8 and above compatible version of this project, then please file a new issue to the latest dev.
