Every time I install a new module I see a white screen with this message:

Fatal error: Class 'RulesEventSet' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\info\sites\all\modules\hierarchical_select\modules\hs_taxonomy_views_handler_filter_term_node_tid.inc on line 252

What is it?

I use 7.x-3.0-alpha5 version
