Hi I have recently installed Pixture Reloaded 7.x-2.2, Adaptive Theme 7.x-2.3, & Noggin 7.x-1.0. My theme keeps disabling itself and leaving Notice messages behind. When I enable the modules again everything looks fine. When I come back a few hours later they have disabled again.

I have tried reinstalling all of the modules. I have tried just removing Noggin. I do not know what else to do. I am a newbie so I am not sure what the Notice errors mean. I would appreciate any help I can get. I am attaching screen shots of what the site looked like before I logged in this morning and after I enabled the theme again. The site is http://www.trustthelabel.com
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
Beth

Jeff Burnz commentedThemes cannot disable themselves, not normally anyway, so that indicates a module is doing this.
I searched around a bit and found some reports of Skinr module potentially being a problem, I also know for sure the Demo site and Reset modules could do this, there may be others.
Another report I found mentioned some issue with multi-site, with two databases using the same code base and the base theme being only installed for one specific site and not in /sites/all/themes and when that site was accessed the themes for some reason because disabled - that all sounds weird to me so I am not sure about the validity of the report.
I think by far the most probable cause is a module or potentially another theme, such as Fusion subthemes possibly having something to do with this - I know for sure they used to run a bit of code that tried to switch the default theme to Garland.

bkaufer commentedHi Jeff
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Since I do not have any of the modules mentioned installed I am not sure what to do.
Could you tell me what those "Notice" errors mean? or point me to some reading on it?
I noticed that you just put up new releases today of both Adaptive Theme and Pixture Reloaded so I am going to install those and hopefully they will work better. I have also deleted any other themes that were installed into my sites/all/themes folder.
My enabled themes now are:
Pixture Reloaded 7.x-3.0-rc1 (default theme),
Bartik 7.14
Disabled themes now are:
AT Admin 7.x-3.0
AT Core 7.x-3.0
AT Subtheme 7.x-3.0
Garland 7.14
Seven 7.14
Stark 7.14
The other modules I have installed besides what is part of the core are listed below. Do you think any of these could be causing my problems?

bkaufer commentedHi Jeff
So my little experiment went well for a while. I just checked back on my website with the new releases of AT and PR it is giving me the error messages again. the one strange things I noticed when I downloaded and installed the new releases was that all of my blacks were no messed up. My sidebars were showing under the main content instead of the left side of the page. Is it something I am doing>
Any help would be apprecaited.

CADFIN commentedI tried changing my Theme to From Adaptive to Picture reloaded and i get the message.Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_color_scheme_name() in /home/digitaldrz/childaid-cameroon.org/sites/all/themes/pixture_reloaded/template.php on line 15

foodsnap commentedI've had the same problem - need to read instructions better - before enabling picture reloaded theme, please install Adaptivetheme 7.x-3.x, then after enabling it, go to picture reloaded/settings --> set your settings -->ready to go -->set picture reloaded as default.

rowbotony commentedThis error, as mentioned by #6, is caused by not having the AdaptiveTheme base theme installed. If you install any of the subthemes, such as Pixture Reloaded, Corolla, Sky, and enable them without http://drupal.org/project/adaptivetheme installed, will cause this error.
Solution
- install http://drupal.org/project/adaptivetheme
- clear cache, and remain calm

lquessenberry commentedI am getting this behavior with another AT related theme. No matter what I do, all AT themes are deactivating themselves.
