Issue Summary
To help select the user agents for a device group we could use the Chosen jQuery plugin to enhance the select field.

Added support for Chosen library. However it currently requires this patch to allow the Chosen library to be included as required instead of globally.
I'll also make note on the project page describing the dependency.
