First of all, great idea for this module :)

The bug:
1. User buys file
2. In the back-end admin issues the licence
3. User can now see the file in the list of his licensed files
4. User clicks on download link, but he gets an error: Access Denied

I have tracked this issue to this change: http://drupal.org/node/1239258. After that change in user permissions the option "Access own commerce file license" is gone.

How to grant user the right to download file now?

Sorry for that :) Confirming that 7.x-1.0-beta3+36-dev is workin on a clean install.
