1. Installed mobile_jquery 7.x-2.0-beta1+5-dev, and set as default theme.
2. Installed module jquerymobile 7.x-2.0-beta1+6-dev, and configured for mobile_jquery sub-theme.
3. Logged in as administrator.
4. 'Menu' toolbar button (href="#toolbar") does not activate the menu. Reloading the page, or navigating to another page with a different theme before loading the page with the mobile_jquery theme, somehow makes the button work.

Tested in Firefox 14.0.1, Safari 5.1.7, and Mobile Safari iOS 5.0.
