Incorrect behaviour of default form at admin/accounting/transact

Attempting to use this form:

– Submitting the form results in the following warning: "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in mcapi_field_formatter_view() (line 57 of /home/iterat2/public_html/estrela/sites/all/modules/mutual_credit/mcapi.field.inc)."

– Submitting the form as Default triggers signatures by both participants and as well as Notify emails even though these are not set for the default form at admin/accounting/signatures.

– Even though the triggers take fire, the transaction is not saved to the database – it just disappears.
