Unpublish is showing up in the contextual links of a published node.
Publish, however, is not showing in the contextual links of an unpublished node.
I'm not sure if the developers did this intentionally or if it's just a glitch.

Because it's nice to have it show up in the contextual links, I wrote a small patch that puts it there.
